TEXAS POTATOES
2 pounds Hash Brown potatoes (I like the O'Brian)
2 cups Sour Cream
1 stick butter (or margarine)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
(I like the Mexican blend)
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped onions
Mix - Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
DO NOT COVER while baking
